RETURN POLICY

Here at Sassy Classy Sophisticated, our mission is to give you TOP QUALITY products you fall in love with as well as provide great customer service! We will accept returns in exchange for store credit only. All returns will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 14 days of purchase. The shipping fee is non-refundable. All products must be returned in their original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and in new condition for store credit. EXCHANGE POLICY
All products must be returned in their original new condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and in resale condition to exchange. Please contact us at exchange@sassyclassysophisticated.com for exchange instructions. It will be best to email us for an exchange before your package is shipped to you. During sales, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back exchanged merchandise. Exchanges will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you would like to exchange for, we recommend that you advise us before returning the item. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.
